MANILA, Philippines— All shipments from Laos will be flagged for heightened inspection amid concerns that illegal drugs are being smuggled into the country through cargo containers, Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla said. “So ngayon ipaflag na namin lahat ng shipment galing Laos, ipaflag namin kung may drugs talaga kasi ginagawa nila tinatago nila eh kapag papunta rito eh,” Remulla told reporters at Camp Crame on Thursday.
