Amihan, easterlies, shear line to bring rains across country
MANILA, Philippines — A shear line is forecast to affect the eastern section of southern Luzon, while the northeast monsoon (amihan) and the easterlies are expected to bring rains over parts of the country on Saturday, Nov. 7.
