MET Live brings the community together for a three-day holiday destination experience filled with entertainment, local creators and fan activities

Federal Land welcomed the holiday season with a Christmas Tree Lighting at MET Live Mall in Met Park Pasay, opening a three-day celebration that brought together communities through music, cosplay, books, and shared festive experiences. Held from Nov. 5 to 7, the event marks another milestone for the developer, which was named Developer of the Year at the Philippines Real Estate Awards 2026.

The lighting of the Grand Christmas Tree marked the start of the festivities. Adorned with red and gold ball ornaments and white, radiating star-shaped decorations, the tree was topped with a larger multicolored star. The celebration extended beyond the display, with local creators and homegrown businesses also taking part at the bazaar, bringing their work to a wider audience.

Jose Mari Banzon, President of Federal Land shared the company’s vision for the celebration, saying, “Met Park is a special development for us. The redevelopments underway reflect Federal Land’s new vision for our communities. Places that connect people, inspire creativity, and support growth. Through our local and international partnerships, we are taking that vision even further.”

The three-day program includes P-Pop Holiday, Cosplay Holiday, and Bookworm Holiday. The opening day featured the P-Pop Holiday Concert, with performances by Meimei, Alon, Raya, Gat, and Vvink, alongside a dance session for fans. The second day brings together cosplay enthusiasts for meet-and-greets and interviews with ZackT, Roxanne Kho, and Awie, as well as a performance by cosplayer Raymart Perez. The final day welcomes book lovers with a meet-and-greet and interview with the lead cast of Our Yesterday’s Escape, Nicole Omillo and Jairus Aquino, followed by a book signing with Beeyotch. Complementing the program is a bazaar featuring small businesses and independent creators, offering books, collectibles, fashion, artwork, and handmade goods.

Met Live Mall is part of Met Park, the developer’s 36-hectare master-planned community in the Manila Bay area of Pasay City. The mixed-use township integrates residential, commercial, business, and recreational spaces. Its location near EDSA, Roxas Boulevard, and Macapagal Avenue also connects the community to key business districts and destinations across Metro Manila.
