The Philippine National Police announced that more than 16,000 officers will be deployed across Metro Manila to manage the November 30 protests and ensure the safety of both participants and the general public. Authorities said the deployment will cover major streets, public squares, and known protest hotspots.

Police units will be stationed at key locations to monitor crowd movements, enforce peace and order, and respond quickly to emergencies. Checkpoints and temporary barricades will be set up along designated routes to control traffic and maintain public safety.

Authorities urged protesters to exercise their right to peaceful assembly while complying with laws and regulations. They reminded the public that carrying prohibited items, including firearms, during the rallies is strictly prohibited.

Traffic management measures have been coordinated with local government units to minimize disruptions. Motorists are advised to plan alternate routes as some roads are expected to experience slowdowns or temporary closures during the demonstrations.

The PNP emphasized that the deployment aims to balance the public’s right to protest with the need to maintain safety and order. Officials assured residents and participants that all necessary preparations have been made to ensure that the November 30 rallies proceed smoothly and peacefully.
