CEBU CITY, Philippines — Filipinos who want to register under the Philippine Health Insurance Corp.’s (PhilHealth) Yaman ng Kalusugan Program (YAKAP) are reminded that enrollment and clinic selection are free, as the agency warns against unauthorized individuals seeking personal information or payment through unsolicited house-to-house registration.
