Rainy Thursday in parts of PH due to amihan, easterlies
MANILA, Philippines — The northeast monsoon or amihan and easterlies will continue to bring rains to parts of the country on Thursday, Nov. 5, according to the state weather bureau. In its 5 a.m. weather forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said weather specialist Obet Badrina reported that amihan would affect Northern Luzon, while the easterlies, or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, would mostly affect Southern Luzon and the rest of the country.
