LUCENA CITY — Bacoor City in Cavite is planning to put up a city-owned pet crematorium amid the controversy over a private facility that has been accused of mishandling the remains of animals entrusted to it. “Our goal is also to establish a city-owned pet crematorium to provide proper, reliable and affordable services for our beloved fur babies,” Mayor Strike Revilla said in Filipino in a video message on Tuesday.
