Bohol accident: Boy, 13, killed after being hit by 14-year-old driver
MARIBOJOC, Bohol Province — A 13-year-old boy walking on a sidewalk lost his life after being struck by a utility vehicle that another minor, a 14-year-old boy, was driving in Barangay Aliguay on Saturday, October 31. The Maribojoc Municipal Police Station received a call for assistance from the Maribojoc Emergency Response Unit and immediately responded. According to the initial police investigation, the vehicle involved was a Kia Bongo III that a 14-year-old resident of Barangay Dampas, Tagbilaran City was driving. Filipinos need to be at least 17 years old to apply for a non-professional driver’s license.
