TACLOBAN CITY — Students of Leyte Normal University (LNU) in this city are now allowed to wear appropriate civilian attire on campus following the temporary suspension of the university’s prescribed uniform due to rising temperatures. The LNU Supreme Student Council (SSC) said that the adjustment took effect on Tuesday in response to the high heat index forecast by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
